Aug 2, 2022 I really don't understand why don't have Guts Over Fear. If the idea of the project is to gather your greatest successes from this phase of your career by compiling all your projects, why not post a song who had a great success alongside an excellent artist, Guts was more successful than half of the songs on there. Unless there's a legal problem, because there's nothing plausible to explain.
Aug 2, 2022 ShadyXV is an essentially private project, even though it has been extremely criticized (justifiably) as not putting the most successful song in a project that had its name on it, played strangely.
Aug 2, 2022 Tbh the whole "why is this song here?" and "why is this song not here?" constant questioning is starting to become pretty annoying. There is logic behind some songs and some songs don't seem so logical. Cinderella Man was one of the top 5 most streamed songs from Recovery despite not being a single. Won't Back Down was released as a street single and for years was used as the opening to his shows. Having seen him perform this live in 2011 I can say that it is a very energetic song live and feels very separate from the actual song. You're Never Over was never a single and I don't think streaming numbers are anything crazy but it's obviously an important song to him and he wanted to bring the song some new life after 12 years. Farewell, I've listened to this song since we first saw the tracklist and tried to figure out why this song was the final track on the album. The only way it would make sense would be the song title if he was retiring but I'm sure he's not retiring, so I don't know. And yes we know that the new songs aren't hits but you also know that CC1 had Fack, When I'm Gone, so don't act like this is such a new thing. Also, for what it's worth, CC1 was actually called Curtain Call: The Hits There is no "The Hits" for CC2, obviously the hits are implied, but I'm saying there's arguments for both sides but people need to think it through more. I saw someone say Fine Line should be on there, which is just dumb. Guts Over Fear, I was really expecting it to be there because it actually is a good song. Eminem and Sia seem to mesh really well. But anyway, rant over. Just wanted to tell you all to shut the f--- up lol
Aug 2, 2022 Eagerly awaiting the first idiot to post and ask why the Z looks like a 2 in godzilla and bezerk and assume it's some sorta hidden message lol Reddit has lots of those
Aug 2, 2022 Take out Best Friend, Nowhere Fast and Survival and replace it with these and this vastly improves the tracklist. Everything else is necessary as "hits" even if they are bad tracks I'd say. Farewell and You're Never Over although technically not hits or singles I guess are important to finish out their discs so I'm okay with their inclusion.
Aug 2, 2022 I agree with practically everything, I just don't see much sense in the worst album of your career having three songs and one of them not even being top 5 on the album itself, the more I think about it, the weirder it gets Because Nowhere Fast and not Guts, not that I'm the biggest fan of this song, but you don't have to think too much, when choosing.
Aug 2, 2022 If Forever wasn't in Refil, no one would ask for not being a song directly from him, as he put it on his album and the song was a huge success and one of the highlights of this phase of his career, What's the point of being left out
Aug 2, 2022 This is a great point actually. This definitely would have made it. Maybe one disc should have been hits/singles and one disc features
Aug 2, 2022 I wouldn't mind have a few songs like this but you Relapse 2 clamoring fa----s are weird if you want another album filled with this s---.
Aug 2, 2022 Without Forever and GOF he left off his album, Drake, Kanye West and Sia was not a very smart move, commercially speaking.
