I said it 2 years ago and I say it now. The King and I had better production and was sharper in tone of lyrics. Use this Gospel and This Love 09’ were the only ones that also had that delivery. Yeah, the first part of From the D to the LBC as well.

May 31, 2023 I be cool if he doesn’t drop another album again. He will always be involved with music so I expect him to drop feat verses sporadically and produce music, for rest of his career. Plenty of great music he has in his catalogue and many good to great albums. If he has an idea and material for an album he will release one but if he doesn’t, then there won’t be one for the sake of it imo.
May 31, 2023 One thing negative I’ll say about this era is that it seems like we hear a lot more artists that sound similar than we used to due to the popularity of the internet allowing more people to get their music out there that otherwise wouldn’t have been able to do so in the past. Newer artists chasing TikTok hits only exacerbate that problem. Also, while I’m a fan of the vibe heavy music of this generation, sometimes artists lean too heavily into the vibe and forget to also use lyrics that aren’t dogshit.

I couldn’t even taste the cheese either tbh the condiments and toppings were too overpowering. It was basically just a regular whopper
