Sep 17, 2023 I mostly just hate the childish gross stuff like Stay Wide Awake, Same Song and Dance, Medicine Ball, 3AM, Insane. Even though they all sound amazing. Old Times Sake, Hello, Deja Vu, My Mom I still enjoy and some s--- from Refill is great too.

Sep 17, 2023 I can respect the goofiness because he fully leans into it on Relapse. I think one of the issues with some of his music today is he instead drops little random sprinkles of goofiness into serious songs and it doesn’t fit.
Oct 8, 2023 h--- yeah. On a serious note, it's just style over substance to me but I unashamedly don't care lol. Like, yeah the lines are stupid - so many flat attempts at wit, lack of wit, just juvenille nonsense, which normally I'd find annoying and do - with Em - but, the flows and the music are so good, I don't really give af what he's saying lol. But it's also descriptive and interesting enough in other ways, just writerly wise... not just rhymes, but phrasing etc. that it's just like weird art to me. I'm not really invested in every line the same way I am... now say, because the style is just so overwhelming on Relapse, it owns it.
