Jun 6, 2024 It stops at midnight because people were given exactly one week from midnight last Thursday
Jun 6, 2024 And why were they only given one week? Why not 10 days, 2 weeks, or, what makes most sense, up until the release of the album.
Jun 6, 2024 I sorta think it’s dropping tonight too. But it stopping at midnight isn’t that weird of a decision. I could totally see the page being replaced by the opportunity to pre-order physicals and the album dropping 6/14.
Jun 6, 2024 wow mind blown -- although it sounds f---ing horrible. An Em/Backstreet Boys/NSync thing would be .... the biggest viral thing like ever.
Jun 6, 2024 Eminem YouTube profile picture is gone. Signifying that he will be replacing his profile pictures tonight. Album tonight
Jun 6, 2024 June is Summer, my G. Waiting will just k--- the hype he earned just like with the announcement.
Jun 6, 2024 I’m 50/50 on an album drop tonight but I’d like to say as normal person who lives a normal life, summer is June, July and August. Idgaf about different dates and whereabouts the sun is on certain dates idgaf
Jun 6, 2024 TODAY! Michigan Central Station officially reopens after a massive six-year restoration project by Ford Motor Company. Detroit’s motto “Resurget Cineribus” appears on our city flag; it’s a Latin phrase that translates to “It will rise from the ashes.” Very fitting for today! When “MCS” opened its doors 111 years ago, this building was the tallest and busiest train station in the world... 4,000 passengers per day going through at its peak. But right down the street, Henry Ford began rolling out his new invention to American families and MCS soon became the ultimate symbol of the automobile’s complete triumph over public transportation. Amtrak closed the train station in 1988 and it became a favorite hangout for homeless, scrappers, urban explorers and trespassers with cameras in hand... like me. I took these photos 15 years ago. There was beauty in the ruins. But MCS became the grand symbol of Detroit’s urban decay for my entire life in this city as it sat in our skyline... gutted, weathered, vandalized. It occasionally starred in movies and music videos but mostly it was a demoralizing symbol for Detroit’s decline. Until TODAY! Such great irony that after the popularity of cars helped doom this train station, it is Ford that has beautifully restored its marble floors, sweeping concourse and gold-plated chandeliers at a cost of almost $1 billion. The last 3 photos (by Stephen McGee/Ford) show a meticulously restored MCS today. Michigan Central Station endures as a symbol of rebirth and opportunity. I’m excited to be a guest at tonight’s official REopening with a concert produced by Eminem featuring Diana Ross, Jack White, Big Sean, Common, Jelly Roll, Fantasia and many more Detroit celebrities and surprise special guests. Watch it in Detroit tonight on Local 4, streaming live on Peacock (8:30pm) or nationally on NBC June 9th at 7pm. I’ll wave to you! -spike #Detroit #Proud #RiseFromTheAshes #NextChapter
