Jun 27, 2024 not sure if anybody's noticed this yet. but in Doomsday pt 2. he says at the start "feeling a little under the weather." I don't think slim shady is going to be killed off by anyone in particular, I think he develops a respiratory illness and dies in the hospital. Sad way to go.
