Jul 2, 2024 Yeah me too. It's giving heavy cartoonish vibes at the moment. I was against the idea of SSLP2 because that is such a unique album that felt like it could only be done once by himself at that time. He executed it perfectly but showed growth afterwards with MMLP and TES. There's an argument that none of his "Slim Shady" songs have ever really landed the same since. Eminem is 52 and it's 2024, he cannot recapture that era no matter how hard he tries. Houdini was cool; basically the modern-day version of Without Me. But I'm starting to worry this is just another SSLP2 without the title - really hope I'm wrong.
Jul 2, 2024 I think Eminem's verse on Tobey is gonna be as good or better than Houdini, I really do. Maybe not the song as a whole, would be hard to outdo Houdini, especially with features, but I've got a good feeling about this one
