Jul 3, 2024 I've seen a lot state a negative as being that the song was originally meant for another project. This happens across the industry. Most of the biggest hits you know were offered to another rapper first. I imagine some of the songs on classic Em records may have been in the hands of D12, Dre, Xzibit, Bishop Lamont, etc at one point. s---, even Not Afraid had already been out as a Maino song. Important thing is that Em saw potential in it and thought it fit the album.

The verse had everything.. Big Sean and Babytron both rapped their a----s off.. The hook is great.. The beat is fire.. I have no clue how anyone with a brain can hate on this song..
