Jul 11, 2024 There's nothing to support that though. He's not rapping differently, appearance-wise he looks the same, his style is all the same. What's the point of a "new era" if it's just gonna be the same sound? It makes more sense as a retirement album. He hooks you in with the nostalgic single, goes hard on the Detroit-oriented second single, and it'll all be one last ride before he bows out for good.

He'll be in studio, writing s--- and rapping till his death, and when he feels he has something good he'll share it with the world.

The tracklisting has me amped, I’m bout to head out and get new headphones especially for this s--- and then my friends I can tell you it’s f---in ON!!!! It’s shady season and I plan to bask in this glory for the majorly of the weekend, where I will pause in the basking of this musical glory for a brief moment of Euros 2024 glory after England have comfortably despatched Spain for a few hours. Then I will make a timely return to the album of the century where I will continue to slowly unfurl its greatness. What a weekend!! f---in get in!!!

Jul 11, 2024 Bean listening to TES this morning (going thru the discography but skipping albums I’m not a huge fan of, I’m looking for VIBES today), but I gotta say since I first heard this album as a kid: The Kiss > Soldier > Goodbye Hollywood is a supreme string of songs. The way Kiss drops into that Soldier beat gets my beans so swollen I can’t cope without eating a whole can of Cannellini beans before the song ends

Jul 11, 2024 So curious to see the style on this album. Whether it’s good, bad, or amazing, it’s very exciting we’re entering a new era. Driving to work listening to Eminem on shuffle and had the most random collection of songs (Evil Twin, Buffalo Bill, Nail in the Coffin, Normal) and realizing how different his sound has been throughout the years. Going to be wild to see what he comes up with.
