Jul 12, 2024 Head Honcho not very good, guy at the start didn’t help. Nice last couple of words “you’ll be a stan til I Dido” nice.
Jul 12, 2024 Road Rage definitely came from the sessions of whatever project Dre is working on right now.
Jul 12, 2024 I've been pretty much in agreement with most of the things you've posted since the album dropped lol... I also hate beat switches, not needed at all imo. Beat variations sure, like add another instrument or whatever, but not complete switches. Also I'm tired of the choppy flow and rappity raps, even though they are toned down on this one compared to before, they are still annoying. Just use an ordinary smooth flow more often ffs...
Jul 12, 2024 Ez Mil, Babytron and Skylar are only bad elements to this album for me so far. I would love him to do some song live there, even if only Houdini one more time.
Jul 12, 2024 I think there's a deeper message in Temporary. Why would he do a "tribute" to his daughter now? He could be alive for another 35-40 years. I doubt 70 year old Hailie will want to sit and listen to Skylar Grey sing some cheesy hook. I think Em may secretly be battling a terminal illness. He probably doesn't have long left, hence him having to make the song now. Don't be surprised if this comes out soon. pros: we may be closer to some prime vault stuff than we thought cons: no more new music
Jul 12, 2024 Temporary is same song different subject. Skylar wrecks it unfortunately but the old recordings make up for it.
Jul 12, 2024 Well you are right about the delivery, it was more melodic in the past. He can still pull it of, but choses not too. As he constantly evolves I hope it'll come back though. Not that I don't like the current delivery, but back in the days it was more hypnotizing and easier to bop and rap along to.
Jul 12, 2024 I doubt he be living it up at the Lions games flipping off fans if he was terminally ill.
