Jul 12, 2024 People complaining about "Temporary" and "Save Me" being a rehash of "Castle" and "Arose" don't understand. Listen to his Paul Pod episode discussing Revival. A reason why he was so pissed about it's reception is bc he felt like this two songs were some of the best he ever did but nobody heard them bc of the album getting trashed. "Temporary" and "Somebody Save Me" are almost updated versions of those songs that will actually be heard by the masses.

Jul 12, 2024 the execution could've still been better. Somebody Save Me really sounds like it's from Revival with that voice and flow. most of Temporary too. Temporary almost made me cry so hats off to him regardless
