Jul 12, 2024 Is anyone else as weirdly freaked out by Brand New Dance as me or am I just having an adverse reaction to it lol. Idk if it’s actually from 2004 or not but it makes me think of TikTok challenges. And the visuals of people bending their spines backwards like Reeves for a tiktok challenge makes me think of some Junji Ito horror visual type s--- lol.

Jul 12, 2024 First listen impressions: For better or for worse, this definitely feels like the most "authentic" Eminem album since relapse. For the most part his rapping is on point, like why don't you rap like this 100% of the time man??? But I will say, album should have ended at Guilty Conscience 2, cuz the last 1/3 of this album is pretty terrible (and mostly feels much less authentic than the first 2/3, go figure). As for the content itself, mixed bag imo. Sometimes the satire/self-awareness works for me, sometimes it doesn't. Theres points where it comes access as "making up a guy to get mad at and then getting mad at him." It definitely gets tiring to hear him harp on the same s--- for an hour. That being said I appreciate the concept even if it didn't 100% work for me all the time. Guilty Conscience 2 exemplifies the concept at its best imo. Feeling a 6/10 or so.
Jul 12, 2024 I got 2 copes for the last quarter: Either the whole project can be listened to backwards (Haven't tried it yet) where Slim Buries Em and goes spit on his grave on renaissance to take over or some bs idk The whole album is a loop Keep in mind that these are copes and theories in order to make the filler work, what do y'all think?
