Jul 14, 2024 Eminem - THE DEATH OF SLIM SHADY (COUP DE GRÂCE) (youtube.com) This trailer shows us a murder scene, with some host/anchor type character describing how Slim Shady had "no shortage of enemies." 50 Cent even makes an appearance and talks about how he "thought [we] were friends." So why the f--- is the album NOT about Slim Shady going off on the hip-hop world and getting shot for it? The whole trailer leads us to believe Slim Shady got capped because he kept running his mouth and eventually someone got him. I guess it was Eminem at the end, but it just doesn't make sense. Seems very last second put together.

Jul 15, 2024 Relapse is titled that way because of Eminem "relapsing" into the rap game. It's not a literal use of the word to imply he's back on drugs. However both uses of the word have the same meaning, "to get back into something, to restart" We know this because this is how Paul acknowledges the title here: and Eminem confirms it
