Jul 16, 2024 I will wait to see if there's another drop this week. Em has been eerily quiet, and I feel like there could be more to the story. However, if this turns out to be it, I must say I view this as a masterpiece and his best work since MMLP and TES. I even think you can argue a case that it's better than either of those. Let's not forget critics HATED MMLP when it dropped. I plan to do a series of videos ripping apart the negative reviews and defending this album as one of the greats. I really don't believe I'm glazing. I've been around for every drop since MMLP 2 and have never felt this strongly.
Jul 16, 2024 I think a genuine reason is that JID sounds smoother with his flows but they do similar flexing line flips, both are great at songs with content too.
Jul 16, 2024 I'm torn whether I want more music. I mean obviously I want more But he just released such a wonderful concise concept album . I don't want new music to take away from it or just add fillers and cut songs that aren't up to par. Now if he has a sequel concept album that is equal quality....
