Shoulda made that song creepier and more obvious sonically to that, woulda been mad effective. With the whole... him calling Paul dream s---, I jus listened again and Paul says 'f--- you' and hangs up and Em laughs. I think that's Em signifying he was like, winding Paul up with the 'it was all a dream' acting s--- bc then suddenly his like panicking sounds fake, in that very moment, like he's just being evil / f---ing with Paul, aka Slim Shady isn't really dead, or, they're the same and he's just winding Paul up either way but he def meant something there; otherwise why would Paul hang up and Em laughs.
Jul 16, 2024 I really disliked “Brand New Dance” a lot on the first few listens buts it’s grown on me. the beat was absolutely terrible, now I can’t get it out of my head, especially the end of the track. the horse noise, is just devastating. I can only imagine what Christopher Reeves reaction would have been to hearing that and seeing an inevitable video to it.

I wish Trouble was way longer. It seems like a form of GC2 but I kinda wish there was more back and forth throughout the album

Jul 17, 2024 Kami was a lightning in a bottle situation, the whiplash from people clowning in Revival to him rapping crazy again this time on trap beats mixed with the shock of a first time surprise release and him dissing people for the first time in years. I believe sales were also counted different a few years back but idk what the rule changes were so idk if it effected Kami at all.
Jul 17, 2024 I love this album. It's growing on me immensely. It doesn't matter to me how much it "sells" (that said, it's still interesting to see how it stacks up "selling" compared to others these days) But Em himself doesn't care how much it "sells." He just wants respect. I love that about him; it's perhaps his most endearing quality to me as a fan. Through my own eyes, Em nailed it. He did what I've been hoping he'd do post-Recovery.
