So a short time after Kamikaze released if you bought a concert ticket and then got a free album with your ticket, it was no longer counted as an album sale (which primarly affected Nicki Minaj I think). They've since revamped this rule slightly, but I don't have the specifics. IIRC this change still wouldn't have affected the sales of Kamikaze.
