Jul 1, 2024 recently sold my PS5 since I played all the exclusives and there are none coming for a long time now and bought an Xbox series X to try Starfield, I was disappointed after 8 hours it literally felt like a walking simulator and I gave up on it. Now I just started Elden Ring, I'm 11 hours in, surprised that I made it that far considering this is my first Fromsoftware game and I usually play games on medium difficulty and if a boss kills me once, I switch to very easy
Jul 12, 2024 Been playing some paper Mario, it’s a great game and visuals, feels like I’m in a story during the game. Some of the battles I guess feel repetitive, but you can avoid some. And mlb the show online. And got Mario golf super rush on a bid for only 30, it’s very unique and more realistic how you can curve your shot. Really nice courses. Great multiplayer game or just to relax and chill to, passing time. Not worth over 45 though.
Jul 21, 2024 Replaying Hollow Knight for the first time since it came out and it’s even better than I remember. And I’m a better gamer now so it’s not ridiculously hard (yet)

Jul 22, 2024 Completed FF7 Rebirth yesterday. 112 hours for the first playthrough. Started on Hard mode and got absolutely butt f----- on the first boss. Guess I'll try and find somewhere to level up and give it another shot.

Aug 9, 2024 There have been some great jrpg’s that came out this year. Got rained out for 2 days so finally get a few days off, starting sinking into unicorn overlord, it’s addictive asf. They’ve been working on it for 10 years. Amazing tactical rpg. Easily GOTY for me so far. Definitely give the demo a try.

Sep 24, 2024 I got resident evil 4 remake for the Xbox s/x, and it runs amazing and looks great. I purposely didn’t play this game for about 2 years again so it was like new. This is my favorite gaming series, but when this came out was before back surgery and made it miserable playing it from the floor just got through it but it feels new again. The CFB game is fun and all, but plays kind of like an arcade in ways. The only football game I’m blowing a 31-3 lead, (when turned difficulty up the first few were took easy) like the computer knows which white CB to pick on and throw bombs over him if need quick tds. NFL still may be the better all around football game. Definitely better defensively.

Dec 6, 2024 Beat re4 on professional with S+, got unlimited ammo for all guns. Some parts were actually tough on pro, and only had 15 saves for S+. Got tears of the kingdom using my points up at a gaming store. Looks really good, hoping I get into it this weekend

Dec 12, 2024 Marvel rivals is Flames. Most fun I had playing my PS5 this year. I’m not really a overwatch or team shooter person, but it’s addictive. I’m also waiting for the new assassin Creed game.
