Jul 24, 2024 Evil feels like what Relapse would have sound like without the accents dragging it down.
Jul 24, 2024 I think so. Usually when he's in a good place like, people are positively receptive to the material plus you can tell he's just 'on one' skill wise... we get... = Kami > A > B... Even SSLP > MMLP > Devils Night > TES > 8 Mile < all within... 4 years? fkn nuts. So even though critics divided truly on this album... he must be seeing the fans are loving it. Even on the site on the description it said something about not disappointing a single stan or something, so he was probably expecting this. Think how much material he musta made... I wouldn't be surprised @ early next year.
Jul 24, 2024 Ai though. No other way he will sound like that ever again. Time to move from Eminem, brev. Not for you.
Jul 24, 2024 Final 5 songs don't need to be there however for me, they're enjoyable and don't ruin the album!
Jul 24, 2024 on 'Habits', when he says 'whoever gets offended can s--- a d-ck' why does it sound like 'SUFFF a d-ck'. Like, it's a weird flub considering how precise he is... am I missing something?
Jul 24, 2024 lol acting like we didn't get the same topic 4 years ago, last time Gen Z tried to cancel Em
Jul 24, 2024 What if you got to put the tracks in the right order, not listen to it in reverse? Maybe the tracks are completly mixed? Yesterday, somebody said that "Last Trick" is an anagram for "Track List". So rearrange the Tracklist like an anagram. All this magic theme at the beginning of the promo with "Houdini" makes me think there is a twist, like in movies. Where you first think "Slim" is killed but after rearrange the tracks there is a different outcome to the story. Remember in his tweet, he said "if you listen to songs out of order they might not make sence". He didnt say which order. And maybe the Complex thing is where he sets it right. Because, clearly Slim isnt dead. Or why would they still promorte Slim vs. Marshall?
Jul 24, 2024 Again, MTBMB had old Billboard rules, you could preorder an album that would have been shipped 2 months after and still Billboard considered your copy instantly sold. Now you have to wait that copy will be shipped. TDOSS made 281k out of only digitals and streams, way harder than MTBMB which counted vinyls and cds preorders as well.
Jul 24, 2024 Yeah that was 1 song fam. The rest was multiple love songs for the billionth time (can't believe he wasted... 0 on them s----s here. First time since... MMLP. Amazing. So tiring they are), rapping about rapping (yeah there's plenty of that here too but it's stil more outwardly focused on social topics), and the reception of his work.
Jul 24, 2024 Yeah thas why they prolly did the pre-order downloads. And he did 114k downloads, so them two pre-orders musta did that. Less than what I presumed, I thought he woulda done maybe 100k with each. I don't understand why they didn't have physicals ready though. Maybe they were waiting for demand? But, it's Eminem... you know there will demand. So weird. I feel like his operation is more semi-independnet now. So thas probably why. Bc why are physicals taking months post-release. With physicals it prolly woulda done 350-400k +
