Aug 20, 2024 Lol. I still give it 7-8, musically and rap-wise. Like, his rapping and the production... all that. Top tier. Easily some of his best rapping in over 20 years, and some s--- joyously-vibe-wise not far off MMLP @ AntiChrist (minus the random 'ho rant' bit) for example. Concept execution though... 5-6 vs. what it coulda been. Woulda been so easy to make this an insane classic by just actually GOING THERE. He is legit scared these days, it's like with Kamikaze, Dre convinced him the 'too far' track... no such thing as 'too far', wasn't 'Kim' 'too far'? That's the point. How you gonna push boundaries if you stop short of 'too far' all the time now.

The rapping alone is phenomenal I'd have had slim saying absolutely f----- things that actually offended and upset people and eminem/dre and other past collaborators are trying to k--- slim off and save eminems career before he's "cancelled". Could have used the Detroit Murder files guy to narrate the album like it was playing out like a documentary

Aug 21, 2024 Those are great. And Renaissance. Brand New Dance also fun af. Then you got... Head Honcho, Bad One & Tobey which are all decent. GC2 which is nicely executed/coulda been a bit better but still good. The only really bad tracks are Road Rage, Temporary and Save Me. And none are bad in a way which ruin the thing, just, lackuluster. 3 bad tracks outta a whole album ain't bad bro.
