Like he should have used TikTok to his advantage, and stop waiting 3 weeks to do something. Cuz people online have 2 second attention spans and will move on quick. Thi Death of slim shady is almost at 1 billion streams, and still selling well. So in the long run, it don’t matter. But image all the cool music video ideas we could have gotten with the murder mystery files, or Slim Vs Em, or even Harry Houdini imagery. A bit more focus would have helped. But he got one of the biggest albums and hit songs of the summer still
Sep 4, 2024 Yeah Tobey and Save Me lol... it's literally like he's TRYING to pick the most average songs on the album. I mean, we know why those choices @ Tobey has Big Sean and that other guy on it, so tryna appeal to some there, and 'Save Me is a wah Hailie type song + Jelly Roll/already a hit chorus, so... But just in terms of thumping songs which could be hits... neither are great. And more importantly... neither interesting for video concepts. Fuel with a dope vid would be a hit, also dope vibe for a creative vid. Antichrist could even be a hit, catchy a--- hook, some relevant lyrics @ the Cassie/Diddy s--- that would get attention, and could create a dope a--- creative vid for it. GC2 done right too. If he ain't making vids for any of these... such a waste.
