Look at all these messages coming at me. So he just conveniently waited to sound like his old self once AI became a thing? Everyone keeps dodging this question from me because it completely defeats their whole argument. And he picks and chooses when he does and doesn’t use AI to sound like his old self? He had to use AI in that Complex interview but doesn’t have to on DoSS? Modern Eminem could literally re-record a verse from TES with the same exact mixing, mastering, and equipment and it would still not sound the same without AI. Houdini is the closest Eminem can get to TES without AI and even on that song you can tell the difference. That song was clearly meant to be in TES style. His voice has changed with age. Deal with it.

Sep 13, 2024 @CSA @Disorderly Progress @rapmusik @AK47Slim after listening to the remix more I can see why you guys think he’s not using AI. It could honestly go either way. I could definitely be wrong, but I still think he is using AI even if it’s minimal usage. Unfortunately none of us can be proven wrong until Eminem comes out and talks about it himself (which I don’t think he will do anytime soon). So I guess we just have to agree to disagree.
Sep 13, 2024 This shady remix verse by em got 4 5 replays by me just as i walk to my office. It's better than the original to me. Good that he released this one as single. Only down side might be it's a bit long with two guest verses. I also liked how they changed the beat a bit.

Sep 13, 2024 Ok a theory I got which is probably far-fetched but remember the trilogy of comics of Superman? I think this mourner's edition is the second installment and we'll get a new full album later this year, The Return of Slim Shady. All the promo highlights that slim shady is not dead but missing. Remember the shirt at the Eminem store that foreshadowed and mentioned a trilogy, I think this is the second part (Funeral for a friend).
