    I can't wait for Harris to win, and finally put the nail in the coffin of America.....The west will be history if she wins that election. She and the party are duping everyone on their policy flops. They will k--- the fillibuster, put term limits and reform on the Supreme Court, give citizenship to all the illegals, raise taxes, end private healthcare, and likely implement a gun buyback program. Thats probably just the start, but if anyone believes a 60 year old who holds policy beliefs her entire career, all of a sudden moves to the middle and reverses course, I'm sorry, but you're a moron and you get what you get.

    I honestly have no idea what will be better for us, Kamala or Donald.

    I mean Donald is sorta against NATO and is not concerned with Europe so I guess Harris will be the best option for us over here.

    She’s not saying anything that doesn’t already happen. If you’re operating on behalf of a foreign government to influence U.S. elections by pushing propaganda—you are breaking the law. If you engage in disinformation—you can be held civilly liable.

    What is considered "disinfo" typically depends on one's point of view, and is itself used as a propaganda term by both sides of the aisle. Hillary Clinton is essentially talking about jailing her political opposition. In a perfect world for her, simply sharing an opinion piece she doesn't agree with (say, one arguing that "Russiagate" was a hoax ginned up by the DNC to defame Trump) could be a jailable offense. In fact she's come very close to floating this idea explicitly in other interviews in the last few years.

    Not quite. The only people who got into trouble from Tenet so far are the russian shills who paid for it because they didn't register as foreign agents and laundered the money uses for payment of the useful idiots. Maybe something will happen with the owners too since they knew about it but the guys actually spreading the propaganda are very likely, legally in the clear. Pushing propaganda is sadly pretty legal as long you're open about it (or claim you didn't know you got paid to push it lol). US didn't even ban RT but relied on other companies dropping them.

    Or you know, it can be just disinfo being spread by a state actor who doesn't even pretend it's not disinfo. Rus propaganda isn't exactly subtle. It's kinda wild how US went from red scare when any sort of sympathy towards communism was a taboo to be perfectly okay with American citizens parroting the propaganda of a hostile state - ironically mostly the same Americans who claim to be patriots too.
