    What do yall think will come of the songs from these videos that DIDNT make MDL? Specifically the first one that plays which is definitely an intro. Doesn't really feel like a Cole move to put a snippet of the album's intro in a throwaway (but cool AF) video.

    Dreamville Fest in 2 months. First season of Inevitable took a little over 3 weeks. The consensus seems to be season 2 of inevitable, The Fall Off and last Dreamville Fest in succession. Boom, boom, boom. We'll know for sure if they announce/drop season 2 any time before the middle of March. It'll probably be obvious by the names of the episodes.

    Lots of good stuff here. Key takeaways:

    - T-Minus started executive producing Cole's music in 2019 when they dropped Middle Child.
    - Cole intends to retire after TFO. Minus says he's looking forward to working with new artists "after wrapping up Cole"
    - Minus is very focused on sound and tone.

    I think it's likely that the reason they've worked so long on TFO is that they have a very specific idea of what the sound is and it takes a long time to crack it. I think that this is it even more than Cole's writing or song making. I'd bet they've shifted verses and choruses around different beats over the years. Of course, he's continuing to write and make songs in the event he makes something better than what they had before. But Cole and Ib said on the FHD episode they had a working tracklist going for the entire time they worked on FHD and TFO. So he's had the template for the story of TFO and a tracklist in progress since at least 2018. Maybe as early as 2016 when he made False Prophets and Everybody Dies.

    So what are they looking for? Probably the sound. "I've been on a quest for the next wave". The Climb Back, Lion King on Ice and Port Antonio are all very similar sonically. Same with the beat he mades in the MDL video. Stretched out, detuned and pitched up samples with hard percussion. Is that it? Or did they scrap that which is why those songs are out already?

    Do cole submit his s--- to the Grammys or the label??? I be confused, cause he always rapping anti Grammy s---, but his s--- always be submitted lol..
