Mar 8, 2025 Today I’m listening to encore all day. One song that I feel is underrated and not as bad as I use to think is evil deeds. I use to hate it as the opener, because the beat was so lazily produced. The bass is too repetitive and thier isn’t much going on but some hi hats, claps and snare. Also the talk rapping and rambling is a precursor to a criticism he would have later on in his career. And I feel like this was the start of that. But it’s always impressive that he chooses the perfect words and enunciation to hit a certain pocket. Like if anyone other then Eminem was raping those words on this beat it sound like completely nonsense, but he sounds so smooth on it. Hard to explain how he does it, but he can show you the ropes till you get the hang of it
