    Knocking down two albums today.

    Smashing Pumpkins - Siamese Dream (1993)

    This album started off strong but it also had some disappointing moments.

    This album had some great songs but also quite a few forgettable ones. Overall good album. Nice cover.

    I forgot how good this album was. I feel like most Cypress Hill fans probably don’t rank it in their top 3 or even top 5 but it’s definitely my favorite of theirs.

    The Pogues - Rum Sodomy & The Lash (1985.)

    Been getting into more folk-punk lately. This album is very good but takes a while to get used to the celtic upbeat melodies which sounded like sea shanties at first. The more I listen the more I appreciate how good the storytelling is on here. IMG_2008.jpeg

    I just went back and listened to this album and all I gotta say is it's surprising how often it gets overlooked.

    The Good Die Young, Corner Bodega, Life's On The Line, As The World Turns, Guetto Qu'ran, How to Rob.... The album is packed with memorable tracks.

    50 was gonna blow up regardless of the label he signed on.
