May 15, 2025 at 1:48 PM Maybe it will just be a digital release at first and then any physical pre orders will go live. There's no reason not to make an effort. All his music is digitised now so it should just be a case of picking the bonus tracks and maybe getting them remixed and mastered depending on if there is unheard material of which there is quite a bit. Some of the early tracklists for it contained The Kids and s--- on You. Back at that time I believe the limit for a CD was 74 minutes so The Kids couldn't be on there and s--- On You ended up being a promo single for D12 so was swapped for Under The Influence so IMO those are the 2 songs he wanted but couldn't put on there. Removing Kim from the edited album allowed The Kids to be released the same day as the album so they ended up getting released anyway. If a real effort isn't made to make this worth your time listening to or buying then I think that speaks volumes on what they think of these releases and to be honest, these big box set archive type things tend to be for bands and pop stars. When you think of rappers and hip hop stars, how many of them release stuff from their vaults? Very few so maybe perception is reality and they think fans just wouldn't be interested in it. At the same time what is the point of it all just sitting on hard drives? And with physical media being very niche now do they really have another 5 or 10 years to make an effort. This was an issue for so many Beatles fans. Life long fans that grew up with them ended up passing away before an effort was made to restore old tapes and then release them. Great news for new fans because you get the best of everything right away but for the long term ones, the ones that would have loved listening to new music and unreleased recordings....it was too little too late. I'm not saying Eminem's fanbase is old but 20 and 25 years isn't recent either. There's a window for this kind of thing and to drag it out really is taking advantage of genuine fans and basically saying, you'll buy anything. We can make you wait. And if the truth is there's never going to be any interest in doing this kind of thing then have Eminem tell us that. Tell us that what's in the vault is staying there so people don't build their hopes up.

Arose has: "Outdo Relapse with Recovery, Mathers LP2 helped propel me to victory lap" In both cases victory lap is mentioned in the context of album titles.
