May 16, 2025 at 7:19 AM @AOTWClub @Justin Trudeau Michael Myers - Section 60 , 70 , 80, 90 Even thought he cheated and put a Rolling Stones song from the 60's, this was one of my favourite mixtapes from this round. Only song I wasn't feeling was the Dutch? Song. Score 9/10
May 16, 2025 at 6:41 PM @Justin Trudeau Mind if I join back? I quit my job and got an offer from a nicer, more organized place. My old job took up my whole time and energy.
May 16, 2025 at 7:27 PM @Jimmy Jazz - At the Edge of Light REVIEW Score: 8.8 (14/16) A solid tape from the former Stepdad Enjoyer and (I think) the first tape where I did not recognize a single song. I like the focus on UK rock on here, a lot of great stuff in this tape. Vincent Craine was a great opening song and set the mood for this mixtape quickly. Some standouts include Vincent Craine, Last Dance, The Saddest Song, The Guns of Brixton, I Would Hurt a Fly, Free Money, Legendary Hearts, and Bar Italia. The only misses for me were Satori and Add It Up. I can understand the appeal for both, just not sure if they were my thing. Great tape Jimmy Jazz! @AOTWClub Mixtape Madness Round 2 Rankings: 1. Ripper Raw - 10.0 2. Born to Boomer - 10.0 3. A Night At The Section Eighty - 10.0 4. Rite of Exorcism: A Possession Story - 9.4 5. Section 70-80-90 - 9.4 6. At the Edge of Light - 8.8 7. When The Blood Burns... - 8.8

May 19, 2025 at 2:29 AM Happy 1 Year @AOTWClub Appreciate you guys being so involved and keeping this s--- going for a year, we've got a solid 8-9 members currently which i think is the perfect amount and makes it so we all get turns quite frequently. Ill be a bit MIA this week, gone out to western Canada to see my buddy for the week. So I'll get on when I can and tally things up! Anyways just wanted to shout out guys out and give you props for doing this thing!
May 19, 2025 at 2:18 PM @AOTWClub Jimmy Jazz - At The Edge of Light Review One of the things I like about this group is how everyone brings their own musical identity to the table. I may have said this before, but with Step Dad, it’s obvious from the cover art to the title to the music itself that he has refined taste. It’s the kind of sound you'd compare to wine rather than fast food. That said, while everything here is accessible and easy on the ears, it doesn’t quite land for me. I hesitate to call anything boring. But it doesn't move me. It feels more like music for old souls. Calm, mature and tasteful but not something that excites me personally. I enjoyed a few songs like The Cure - Last dance but overall this is just not my wheelhouse. Especially the last 2 songs which lost me a bit. I’m not quite sure how to score it, but considering the full package, the thought behind this tape and even the YouTube link, I’d give it a solid 7/10 And also happy 1 year anniversary to AOTW club
May 19, 2025 at 2:28 PM Happy Birthday AOTWClub This club has introduced me to so much new music, and I've liked most of it, which is great!!! Hoping that we can continue sharing more music in the future (Atmosphere bros rise up!!!)
