    After 2nd listen still 5/10. Wayne is one of the best in rap game but tha carter 6 is sucks. Idk what is going on YM team, some of beats are cringe as f---.

    I agree with this list, but I would switch Tha Carter III with Tha Carter II.

    If it weren’t for the leaks, Carter III could’ve been a much better album. As it stands, though Carter II is the better album imo.

    So a couple days past. Anyone go back to this? That’s the state of music these days. Drops don’t feel like events anymore. It’s like people move on the next week for the next thing.

    Yeah Nicki slid and killed it as expected. I just think this is way too late. The bars are clearly aimed at the Super Bowl snub. But that s--- was like in February. Do they not realize how fast social media and pop culture moves. Nobody actually cares about that anymore. Same reason why I think Carter 6 feels late. He should have dropped closer to when everyone was on Kendrick’s d-ck and calling him better. Like why wait a whole year before even an attempt at a response on wax. These older rappers really are out of touch with it I feel.
