I actually like seeing DC being competent for once. It be cool to see a universe where we get proper green lanterns and Superman & Batman working together. I think Gunn might actually do it!
But I’m still a Marvel Stan! Like Aftermath, I’m riding with Dre till the end.

Marvel vs DC is BACK in full swing and I couldn’t be more excited. Puts pressure back on Marvel and will make DC want to prove their new universe

Yep technically this is just for Fandango site since WB has a deal with Amazon prime to give them an additional 24 hours advance tickets, so this is 48hours sales combined. And F4 had the record for Regal and AMC theaters first 24 hours. But nonetheless still very competitive and both are easily opening around $150M domestic

There is something poetic about Superman & Fantastic 4 to be the ones to reignite the Superhero renaissance! If these both hit near a Billion Doomsday has a very good Outlook. I mean Avengers films are gonna make billions regardless, but this more proof.

watching the new Behind the scenes of Ironheart, and it actually looks decent. I don’t even care about the character like that, but it gives me that old Ironman vibe. Of when suits actually formed around the characters and had weight, no just cgi fluff. Also the magic angle looks awesome. Kinda glad they are giving us 3 episodes straight out the Gate. Then the final 3 the next week. The Era will be short, but I think Marvel really is just rushing to Fantastic Four which is already projected to open double of Thunderbolts & Cap 4 opening weekend. By the time Ironheart is over, F4 will be like 2 weeks away!

marvel ain’t going to comic con but confirmed they are gonna have a major social media announcement. Could be Chair Livestream 2, or just updates on Doomsday production. Then they have till next summer when the Next Major MCU movie will be Spider-man, and for Christmas the Avengers Assemble for the first time in 7 years, With X-Men!! I’m actually loving them taking thier time and giving us quality. The box office will continue to grow as the fair is restored in the brand. Thunderbolts was a very good stepping stone. F4 just has to be a sucess and hit like $700M+.

Also keep in mind that Superman comes out 2 weeks before F4, not everyone is gonna buy tickets more than a month out. It makes sense to me it has higher sales rn + the Amazon Prime fan event. I think the box office race will be pretty close, but end of the day I’m super hyped for both and just glad to see some kind of competition
