Feb 24, 2026 at 6:40 PM i've refrained from reading any comments yet, as to not be swayed... here's my take: this album is disappointingly mid AF the tracks vary from mid->dope->mid as to where i can't rate the album anything but that even kendrick arrived on auto-pilot album duration is perfect imo...just really wish the project would have been worth the hype. i'm sad.

Feb 25, 2026 at 10:19 PM 1st & 3rd thirds of Ca$ino…he had it, then lost it @ 1:43 changeup, then found it again @ 2:43 Birds & the Bees parts of House Money …autopilot kendrick I am not a Lyricist HW 95 p2 first half of Circus Circus…sans hook, this song falls off so hard @ 2:53 Dramatic Girl…track is a vibe Ca$ino is def nitpicky, but I can’t help but call it out since the album is perpetually hot then cold.
Feb 26, 2026 at 3:16 AM I want to disagree with you but I can’t really, the album is very hot and cold. Kendrick is weak on this album, honestly having his name attached to it wasn’t worth the detriment he is to the songs. Keem seems to be all over the place on some songs as well. I enjoyed the album well enough but this is a super weak come back after a 5 year break, and it’s nowhere near Melodic Blue.
