Mar 11, 2026 at 5:49 AM Scream 7 was a much better watch than 5 and 6. Enjoyed the throwbacks and references and Williamson didn’t do a bad job directing tbh. The whole third act and reveal was absolutely awful though. Just so pointless like they ran out of ideas of who could possibly be another psycho killer. Spoiler: Spoiler alert plus it was blatantly obvious half way through the movie that the guy working at the mental hospital claiming Stu was still alive was involved.
Mar 11, 2026 at 4:14 PM My hype for Scream 7 was already nearly 0. Then we got that trailer that killed whatever hype I had left. Now I’m seeing all these negative reviews calling it the worst Scream, and I’m completely turned off. I’m just gonna wait until it’s on streaming, I’m really not in a rush to watch it. If I’m going to theaters I’d rather watch something that’s more likely to be good.
Mar 11, 2026 at 4:43 PM It was intentionally review bombed from the moment it came out because of the whole Melissa Barrera thing. It definitely isn’t the worst Scream. And certainly worth a watch if you’re a fan of the first 2 Screams in particular.
Mar 11, 2026 at 4:44 PM lol you don't want to watch it cause the sisters are out. 5 and 6 got good reviews and had embarrasing moments.
Mar 11, 2026 at 4:57 PM There definitely has been review bombing so I’ll consider watching Scream 7 in theaters. And nah, I’ve been over the sisters being out for a while. I’m surprised people still care tbh. The best Scream movies (1 and 2) didn’t have the sisters in them
Mar 11, 2026 at 7:29 PM Most of them twitter heads weren’t even born yet. You can tell 5 was their first
Mar 11, 2026 at 7:32 PM lol 5 or 6 would’ve been my first too if I didn’t decide to watch them in order
