Dec 9, 2014 My headphones came in last Thursday, they sound amazing by the way. This album is definitely a 2014 essential, and you're listening wrong if you don't have it. Also, if your top 3 tracks don't consist of 'A Tale of 2 Citiez', 'Apparently', and 'No Role Modelz', it's wrong.
Dec 9, 2014 gave it a few listens since the leak. deff feel weird about this album. As an album I feel like Cole did really well, but at the same time I feel like there are so many gems hidden through Cole's discography that are better than songs on this. So i dunno, feel kinda torn. i'd rate the album a 7-8/10. I feel like it has a consistent theme and story to it (his life and struggle search for success/happiness). Also feel like this album was heavily inspired by GKMC. IMO downsides to this album is that at times it feels drawn out ... (note to self 14 mins long...) I guess in the end i'd say this is his best album to date, BUT he has songs on his other albums/tapes that outshine probably half the album. I'd say that as single songs, about half the tracks on the album fall a bit short of some of his previous work. But when you look at the album as a whole it's great. would recommend/10. favourite song on the album: No Role Modelz that beat is just so f---ing perfect.
Dec 9, 2014 I toughed it out and listened to the clean version last night, it was enjoyable. I bought the explicit version this morning so I'll give it a listen here in a little bit UPDATE: This is the best thing he's done since Friday Night Lights

Dec 10, 2014 Yeah basically, lol. Turns out I'm not really a fan of discoverying other artists albums, unless they're good. So if that album is good by that artists I listen to more, but if it isn't, I got a 50/50 chance those other albums aren't. Jah feel?
