    The neo-soul God had announced that his new album is dropping within the next week.

    14 years in the making; D'Angelo has often been seen as the male Lauryn Hill - with his incredibly troubled personal life and his extreme lack of musical output in recent years.

    Such a great album. It really has an organic feel to it. There are no specific songs that jump out to me - but the whole album plays so well. It's like one of those old session/improv Jazz albums.

    The best rnb album since Channel Orange. I haven't heard such a polished album for a while.
