Let's hope that with the constant Batman feedback season 4 aims to take a step back from all things Batman

I'm late but god d--- the ending of that episode was insane. Can't wait till late January to see how Oliver comes back to life. Someone has to put him in the Laz pit probably his old friend who's in the league now.

I think it'll be the lazerous pitt to revive oliver. The shows take on ra's al ghul seems a lot more darker than the ra's al ghul from the dark knight trilogy.

I doubt it will be the lazarus pit per say, but it will be a version of it. I have a theory that the Mirikuru formula is the lazarus pit or an an attempt to replicate the formula. Ra's mentioned something about 68 years and he looks like he is in his mid 40's, so it's obvious Ra's HAS been using the pit, but in a different way.

The Mirikuru formula heals all wounds, brings people back from the brink/from death itself, just like the pit, only somewhere the process went wrong and the formula added the user increased speed and power at the cost of not being sane. Also, the pit can cause a person to go insane just like the formula.

It explains how Malcolm Merlyn survived at the end of season 1 with nobody around to help him: he had the lazarus pit/mirikuru formula on him.

f---ing christ, was not expecting that.

So obviously they're gonna introduce the Lazarus Pit now, which could be cool if done right.

Would be sweet if Oliver had enhanced abilities after.

6 episodes in to season 3 and I'm having trouble keeping interest. I felt like this midway through season 2 as well. Maybe I binged it too quickly.

I don't watch The Flash but I hate this crossover episode. The characters clash tonally.

The crossover episode for the arrow was pretty boring/bad

But the crossover on the flash was f---ing great lol. It was awesome seeing Oliver in a much more light hearted environment, and him training Barry >>>

It showed me how much I actually like Oliver

Most shows are like that, especially CW. Some seasons only pick up after the mid-season finale when something game changing happens. I felt the same with season 2, but then after the mid-season finale the show went insane and I expect season 3 will do the same.

Unless they do a time jump between seasons, I don't really want the kid to be introduced. I'd rather the writers waited to introduce a son to Oliver, because right now he is way too "family is everything" and I could see the writers making Oliver want to be a father and having it interfere with his vigilantism, rather than him doing the logical thing and staying the f--- away from a 7 year old kid. I'm guessing he has a kid in the comics who takes up the mantle, but it's too early for the set up and I don't think the writers are capable of balancing the part-time-superhero, full-time-dad dynamic without undermining the quality of the show. There simply just isn't enough screen time to make his parenthood struggle believable while also maintaining the vigilante city saver lifestyle. Maybe if the child was a teenager and the transition into Green Arrow Jr. was his purpose of introduction, but for the time being he'd be nothing more than a paperweight.

some good points! i did some research and spoiler alert his sons name is connor hawke and he does later take on the mantle. They mentioned Blud
Haven many times in the show. Thats the city that robin left to become nightwing. I know they would never include batman on the show but imagine nightwing that would legit be sick. Green Arrow versus Nightwing
