Dec 19, 2014 Is anyone else experiencing extremely slow download times on the xb1 I mean i know i dont have the fastest internet but something that takes 1gb would take about an hour to DL on my 360, but it takes about 3 or 4 on my xb1 from the same position and same internet... I mean jesus i couldnt play the MCC for about 3 days of straight downloading after i got it, cos i had to wait for the 20gb update...
Dec 26, 2014 Just got the xbox one today going home to set it up. I bought the halo cheif collection with it since a few friends play it online. Hmu if anyone plays the game online.
Dec 26, 2014 Look into changing your DNS servers. That will definitely make your experience downloading things easier. If you're having trouble with games, make sure your connection is wired.
Dec 28, 2014 Is anybody else having trouble with achievements at the minute?? None have been unlocking for me since yesterday & I can't even get on the achievements section on the xbox or on smartglass. Annoying as f---.
Dec 29, 2014 Yeah, mine are working now too & achievements that I unlocked in that time have finally unlocked Microsoft really f----- up with some of the simple things on the Xbox One that they didn't even need to change from the 360, still waiting on background music & custom soundtracks over a year after release.

Jan 2, 2015 Hello, I currently have an roku and no cable but I miss the live sports. I read somewhere that if you bought xbox live (gold) you would be able to watch all the live sports on ESPN? I currently don't have an xbox but if I can stream live sports on them I would buy one. (My internet provider is Cox if it matters.) Thanks in advance.
Jan 3, 2015 You can download the Watch Espn app. You have to have a cable package for it to work tho (or use a friends if you just have internet and no cable where you live).
Jan 10, 2015 Ok so I've had my xbox one for almost a year. Only game I've enjoyed has been Sunset Overdrive. Had Titanfall, lol what a s--- game, and halo MCC so sad what they did to that. But I've been trying to play with it to decide if I should keep it or trade it in on a Wii U. Been messing around with watching TV on it and the smart glass app on the iPad. All some neat and winning features. Too bad the pass through from my DirecTV to Xbox losses picture quality. It looks <720p and I'm not having that. Being able to switch back and forth between TV and apps is nice. But I need to have my TV picture at least 720. Fix that MS and I'll keep my XB1.
Jan 12, 2015 The dvr feature is pointless anyway. Its not any faster to switch from dvr to a game and vice versa than it is to just keep them separate and switch inputs with a remote.
