The Town is a great movie. No one on Earth can f--- with Marty in the crime genre. He could bust out a "Goodfellas/Casino" clone every year and I would only love and respect and love him more.

Yeah Wiggins is a f---in beast already, hope he stays in Minnesota long term but kinda doubt it. It seems everyone leaves there eventually, most as soon as they can. Wolves got a talented young team though and will have another top pick next year, they just need to stay healthy and get some more experience. They could be a sleeper team next year if a few things go right for them.

Even in very difficult west, they should be able to make the playoffs within the next 2 years imo unless they make some really stupid moves or keep having a ton of injuries.

Celtics sending Brandan Wright to the Suns for a first round pick they have from Minnesota, pick is top 12 protected for the next two seasons and then becomes 2 second round picks.

Also supposedly they are close on sending Jeff Green to Memphis for Tayshaun Prince and a future 1st round pick.

Picks on picks on picks for the C's. Commit to the tank, i like it Danny. Brad Stevens probably wants to k--- himself though lol.

Maybe one of these late first rounders will be as good as Fab Melo, I don't understand the logic behind gathering a bunch of mid-late draft picks. Non-lottery NBA draft picks are pretty f---ing hit or miss, 90% miss.

Well i mean the Jeff Green move helps the tank plus nets them a pick. Brandan Wright is a can who wasnt seeing the floor so thats an obvious one. Id rather collect these picks then keep these guys who help us win meaningless games and wont be coming back next year. I mean you know these are all expiring contracts the Celtics are trading off right?

Danny obviously isnt gonna be able to use all these picks, but they can be used in trades.

Celtics have like 10 picks in the next 2 years now and a lot of cap space, the way they're rebuilding is perfect tbh, certainly much better than my Lakers are doing with that. Of course all draft picks don't work out but it's still a good plan and if they have someone they want to target in the draft, they can use their extra picks to trade up if needed.

They're setting themselves up for the Summer of 2016, it looks like. That draft is supposed to be pretty good. In all likelihood they will have 4 picks (own, Nets, Mavs and Cavs). Mavs and Cavs in all likelihood will be mid twenties, but teams in the West can easily slip out of the playoffs with an injury and who knows if Lebron comes back to Cleveland. The best part about that summer though is that Gerald Wallace finally comes off the books and not that the Celtics EVER sign top FA's but that will be a very solid FA class and the C's could take on multiple max contracts. Thats a long shot though with no star already in place.

Kobe sitting out again tonight and it's not even a back to back lol. This season is going against everything Kobe used to be, he used to play through any injury possible, now he sits out games for no reason. That's 2 games this week he's sat out and there's still 1 more on Sunday.

I guess it's good for the tank but d--- this is getting kinda ridiculous. Starting to wonder if I'll ever get to see him live again . I have tickets for a game in February but it's the 2nd of a back to back so it's almost a guarantee he won't play. There will probably be at least 2 games I go to next year, but the NBA loves putting the Lakers on a back to back here in Portland, so no guarantees to see him then either.

*edit* The more I think about it, I think they'll announce he's out for the year within a few weeks, and it's possible he retires after this year instead of next year.
