I'll listen to the new project when I have time, I tend to respect your opinions so if you're so over the moon with this guy then there must be something there. But from what I have heard, I don't think he's very good. I don't think his verses are very good. His delivery mixed with solid production is obviously a selling point, but I also find that delivery obnoxious at times. You brought up Danny Brown, but I see a lot more talent coming from him than Young Thug.

For those s-----y standards I guess so but I don't think they would compare that mixtape with actually serious projects. They just take the tape for what it was, that's it. I only meant that in regards to the particular two songs i heard tho. I'm still not sure he's as innovative as some of you are making out (specifically narsh) but that doesn't mean i'm not enjoying what i'm hearing. I'm not saying he's generic either though. I can see the innovation but i wouldn't put too much weight on him being this innovative genius.
