    It's probably hard for artists to just stop making music. It's something they're passionate about and I know Eminem has worked hard at it for a very long time. So although he's clearly not what he use to be, he continues on because that's all he knows.

    I don't think a few mediocre albums really "tarnish" his legacy, though. Eminem did enough in the early part of his career where his place amongst the greats is already set in stone

    @Justin Mohrle Was that from the AM3 tour? If so I was there and he was lip synching so a 'live album' wouldn't really be anything besides the song playing and crowd noise lol, although he did stop and talk a few times. I'm guessing it's probably the show with Jay Z though which I think was also at that park.

    can someone PM me a link to the song? I don't have time to hear the whole album right now...

    people saying the verse sucks (obviously. there's always people who hate it) and people saying the verse is good (always people who overrate things). so I don't know what to go in with

    Its the one with everyone. B.O.B, 50, D12, Dre, Jay-Z, Drake.. its so clear I can tell its him rapping and not lip syncing. Its CD quality

    Yea but he hasn't done much to keep that spot in recent years. Him continuing to do something he loves isn't the problem. The problem is that he and many others can't see that his skills are diminished. I think he still has it in him to make great,songs here and there but I just don't hold him in very high regard these days

    Eminem seems he cant find a blend of showing his technical skills with substance and just plain old good music making. The latter 2 seem to suffer as he seems more focused on just rhyming so many words into each line. He should move into producing as his rap career on the mic is done at this point.
