Same here, I haven't managed to watch any nba game this year though because of time difference + work and uni. I've followed european basketball but it's not that exciting.
I also watch tennis when I get the chance, and usually don't miss the big tournaments. Great sport.

Mavs (my surname is Dallas lol), I was really happy when they won the ring. I used to wake up at 3am to watch the games, then I tried to not fall asleep during my sophomore year exams that most of the time started on 8:30-9am. Nash and Nowitzki are my favourite players. I knew stuff about players/teams/history when I was younger, but I only actually watched american players in international tournaments with the usa. In 2006 I started watching nba semi-regularly (after the fiba wc tournament in Japan where the usa got rekt). Since then I've watched the playoffs every year until now, the 2007-2008 season finals are my favourites I think.

NFL and NBA. Everyone should know who my avy is (The God) even if you don't watch NFL.

Depending on the Red Sox success, I might start watching in September... I can't get into baseball before then though.
