    "FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- New England Patriots fans are planning a rally in support of their beloved quarterback Tom Brady.

    The "Free Tom Brady" rally is scheduled to take place Sunday at Gillette Stadium from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., according to a recently created Facebook page.

    The page describes the event as a "peaceful rally to protest the unjust football arrest of half God half man Tom Brady."

    Brady has been suspended for the first four games of next season by the NFL for his role in the "Deflategate" scandal.

    As of Saturday afternoon, 240 people had confirmed they were planning to attend. They're being encouraged to wear Tom Brady jerseys. The rally takes place at Patriot Place Parking Lot 4."

    they better do something to free the the tom.....otherwise they're going 1-3 to start the season

    Pretty sure only specific, top tier guys even have a say on what their footballs are like, Blake Bortles was pretty confused he was like "i just throw the footballs im given?"

    at this point im 90% convinced the NFL is punishing the Pats for drafting Hernandez

    I love how everyone is sleeping on the Pats front 7 though lol....

    Timmy gonna look real stupid when the Pats win at least 3 of those games.

    Just putting it out there that i probably wont let him hear the end of it either.

    Thought Peterson was supposedly gonna be 'more motivated than before'. What a surprise, this is already turning into a distraction, no clue why the Vikings don't just trade him, he clearly doesn't want to be there. AP's still an a------.

    i'm surprised sooooo many people buy jerseys of players who haven't proven themselves in the NFL yet. i mean s---, a REPLICA (which i dislike because its screen printed) costs you 100 dollars.

    i just think it makes sense to see what a guy can do (this is why i haven't bought a teddy jersey yet altho i'm very optimistic about him) before you throw down all that bread. but hey, maybe ppl just have a lot more paper than i do. :jordan:

    not surprising to me, even star player college jersey's sell alot, , generally if they were good then there's alot people will buy there jersey when they enter the NFL too when it comes to QBs

    yeah but you get my point.....100+ dollars is a lot to throw down for a guy who could easily be off the team 3 years down the road

    Very true Timmy. I regret buying a Riley Cooper jersey last year after one good season. Buying jerseys is very risky because they're so expensive and the player can be off the team at anytime. My friend bought matching Shady McCoy jerseys for him and his wife for Christmas. Who would've thought he'd by off the team three months later. Another thing about jerseys is I honestly don't even wear them unless I'm going to a game or sports related event.

    There are a few exceptions to be made for like the GOAT and Manning and the elite QB's but ya for the most part chicks are the ones who wear QB jerseys. Before Gronk came to the Pats every girl you would see at a Pats game is wearing Brady.

    The worst though, rare as h--- but the guy who wears the kickers jersey. Obviously its only the case with the elite kickers but i remember seeing a few dudes with Vinatieri jerseys lol. Like nothing against gays but if you're a guy Pats fan wearing a Vinatieri jersey, then you're gay.

    Never had a Brady jersey, always rocked a Bruschi, McGinest or Milloy.
