May 25, 2015 I like, it I'd say 7.5-8/10 on 2 listens. Overall production is incredible. First half was great, kind of drags in the second half, a few songs sort of blur together about 3/4 through. Could have even shortened the album a couple tracks imo. Weren't many bangers as expected from what I read, but pretty smooth throughout. I was a huge fan of Long.Live.A$AP and Live.Love.A$AP and tried to go in with realistic expectations so I wouldn't leave disappointed like I did with Oxymoron. All in all a solid project. Really slows it down, you can see the drug influences mentioned in articles. Sort of artsy for ASAP, which I think he was going for to show his range. Honestly, I don't think the entire album has great replay value, gets boring at times, but has some really great tracks to take away. Features were all great and a good choice of singles. I'll see how my feelings change as more time passes. Too early to give a real concrete review. Curious how critics will rate it.
