I like the flow on Shady XV, I know a lot of people don't but I'm fine with it. I can't keep up as I used to but it's all good lol

i think he is still searching for a new sound for the next solo album and these songs he is putting out are just him making an effort to find it. i'll wait for that to judge.

I have faith that he can pull one more solo album out of him.. and please for the love of god stay away from Khalil. I would love to see a decent chunk of it produced by Em himself. I love his production as of late.
AND PLEASE. GET ON AN ALCHEMIST BEAT

He already did, it just resulted in another s--- song about nothing.
I know I shouldn't say this but at least if he died back in 08 we would be getting unreleased gems from his prime. Now these songs will probably never be heard and we get this instead. Smh

    Sorry I meant to elaborate.

Get on an Alchemist song.. a real one. One where you actually made him proud and is useful/means something.. substance.

I've pretty much accepted that he'll never be good again. His new songs don't do a thing for me anymore, they sound sloppy and are just plain forgettable. The last songs of his that I really enjoyed were a few from MMLP2 like Groundhog Day, Brainless, and Baby. I don't know where he summoned up the energy to record Groundhog Day, but it's too bad he couldn't get a few more good songs out before permanently switching over to this garbage flow he uses now.

Literally the only songs from the record that I still play on a frequent basis.

It's odd we see glimpses of his old style/normal delivery all the time: My Mom (still sort of has an accent, but very reminiscent of TES style to me), Deja Vu, The Warning, So Bad, So Much Better, Groundhog Day, and Fine Line; but for the most part he always jumps to a weird style (gimmick isn't the right word) i.e. accent, shouting, fast raps, stop and go/choppy flow.

I would love to see him just chill out and use a normal delivery and flow again. That's been my biggest complaint since Relapse. I respect him for continuing to experiment and switch his style up every album, but I'd love for him to just be f---ing normal, at least it's sonically appealing. That's why he could get away with anything from 99-03, because he actually sounded good you didn't really need to nit pick stupid f---ing lines, now they just add insult to injury.

I would too, and I think everyone would

Tbh I would rather have the fast flow than the stop and go complicated flow.

he had an accent on Relapse, people didnt like it, he got rid of it
he yelled on Recovery, people didnt like it , he got rid of it (for the most part)
he's been using this wack choppy flow, people dont like it, Im willing to bet hes gonna get rid of it
