    Dej Loaf is an American rapper and singer. Born in Detroit, she began her music career in 2011 with Ajure Harding and released her debut mixtape Just Do It. the following year in 2012. In October 2014, her second mixtape, Sell Sole., came out. DeJ Loaf rose to greater popularity in 2014 with her single "Try Me", which initially attained viral internet popularity and has since peaked at number 45 on the US Billboard Hot 100. She has also recently been chosen as part of the XXL 2015 Freshman Class.

    I liked Try Me. I haven't heard anything else that draws me in. The two above besides Try Me are okay

    I'll probably never fully indulge myself into a Dej Loaf project, but I know she got skills and she's a Detroit native so she will have my full support.

    You can really hear the pain in some of her verses especially the 2nd verse in I don't know

    Thanks. I liked those more. I think I can get into her and find some good stuff, at least for music to chill with, so I'll check out her mixtapes.

    I haven't given her music a fair listen yet. But from the few stuff I have heard her music seems very accessible and easy on the ears...I'll report back with some thoughtful observations.

    So sick of hearing everyone sound the same on nearly every g.d. song. She doesn't deserve any praise. She's alright at BEST. Her stupid off key singing can go the Young Thug route and s--- a d-ck.
