For me Kenny has one really really good album and thats GKMC, one good album/mixtape (S80) and one meh album (TPAP)
I am not into this jazz s---.
Would i consider GKMC a classic ? Maybe.

So now a classic can't be classic? II mean how can a classic album not be classic?

Other way around, Tpab is a bigger classic than gkmc. Let me reminds you that its the most acclaimed album since 1999 or 2000.

Kendrick has 2 classics with GKMC & Tpab.

S80 is amazing, probably up there with gkmc and tpab but it is not considered as a classic, at least not yet. It's not about what you personally like.

But still, we shouldn't be basing our criteria on whether or not our friends play it. No one has the proper requirements to fully gauge public interest by themselves because no one inhabits every local social circle, and no one's gonna hear every rap song someone is playing in their car, etc. So u can't say that your personal experience has any grounds whenever you're probably getting 5% Max of he publics opinion

But nobody gives a f--- about your personal taste... an individual doesn't determine whether an album is classic or not, an individual doesn't determine the legacy of an album.

Tpab is officially the highest rated RAP album of all time (with a general score of 96/100... 9.6/10). To many people, Tpab is flawless.

The fact that you can't f--- with 4 or 5 songs doesn't make the album any less goat, you not like a few songs is not going to change its legacy, its not going to delete all the accolades it received.

As far as I'm concerned, all the songs are 10/10.

I think it's already stated, but an individual can't decide whether an album is a classic or not
I LOVE Recovery but i don't run around the forum calling it a classic, because it's not.
I think Supreme Clientele is a good album but i don't f--- with it that much but i don't go around the forum denying its classic status
If albums were called classics by your technique it would be awkward as f--- and literally every album would be a classic
