He states "Its a love story" Also CJ asked for some bars and Soul said "I put her p---- on my seed of life, d--- right i made a flower" CJ even states about this line that simple linds wont get it and sometimes thats soulos biggest weakness. But i expect this album to be Soul brother number 2 at his finest. Dont sleep on him just cause you dont wanna have to think when you listen to music.

Jul 14, 2015 Only had like 3 good songs, it was the definition of meh. That being said, These Days was an obvious slip up and I can't wait for his next project. I just wish he'd quit being so pretentious.

Jul 14, 2015 Eh I guess it comes down to your definition of awful. For me awful is nearly no redeeming qualities. God's Reign was a nice intro, Hunnid Stax jams, and Stigmata was awesome. Then there's like 2 or 3 songs I don't f--- with that y'all have brought up, so almost half of it was at least likeable. It's not awful it's just mehhhhhhhh with occasional glimpses of above averageness

Jul 14, 2015 The only bad tracks were Sapiosexual, and Twact imo. It's clearly inferior compared to Control System but in itself it really isn't bad. I'm looking forward to his next project
Jul 14, 2015 People giving up on Soulo cause of These Days is sad. Guy has bars for days and is actually intellectual on the mic. Hating on his concepts because you dont understand or dont even try to is just silly. These Das clearly was not him at his best but LT2, Longterm Mentality Control System are all fire and I expect nothing less on his next album. Choose to stay sleeping due to one averge project if you want or enjoy a unique talented artist who stays in his own lane despite it not being popular to the masses
