Jul 14, 2015 Grills = covering damage from teeth that were broken by Batman? Tattoos = prison tattoos?
Jul 14, 2015 I'm more excited about this then Batman v Superman, Just to see joker and harley, I'm putting my faith in Jared Leto even though he cant top the GOAT
Jul 14, 2015 I'm in for Margot Robbie and Margot Robbie only...I'll need a whole lot of convincing for Jared Leto. And David Ayer as director...eww.
Jul 15, 2015 any of the hate surrounding jared leto's joker really has no frame of reference. we've seen a few pictures and heard him talk for about 8 seconds lol
Jul 15, 2015 Kinda weird that Flash, Aquaman, etc come out after Justice League. Green Lantern after two Justice Leagues. Figured they'd do the stand alone films and tell their origin stories before the team up films the way Marvel did.
Jul 15, 2015 I like how these films appear to be going in a much darker direction than what marvel is. I've always preferred marvel over dc but I can see that changing soon
Jul 15, 2015 That's one way they are differentiating themselves from Marvel, we will get cameos and supporting roles from the lesser known heroes, so by the time those solo films roll around you kinda already know what they are about.
Jul 15, 2015 Youre both wrong Cesar Romero >>>>>** lol that a------ wouldnt even shave his mustache My list goes hamill>ledger>nicholson>>>>>>>>romero
Jul 15, 2015 Hamill is the Joker. Let's just put that to rest right now, along with Conroy being Batman. You can't say Hamill > Ledger, just as you can't Conroy > Bale. Different aspects. From an on screen acting stand point, I don't really think it's even close regarding the Joker. God what TDKR could have been. I think my favorite dynamic in any sort of artistic medium is the relationship between Batman and Joker. We've never seen an established relationship on screen before. When they first lock eyes on screen.... s--- is going down fam
Jul 15, 2015 Ledger > Nicholson > Hamill > Baker > Romero All of them are great in their own way, waiting for what Leto can bring to the table, if its anything like that trailer..
Jul 15, 2015 Hamill >>> Nicholson. I'd argue equal with Ledger in a lot of respects. He's the definitive Joker.
Jul 18, 2015 So, it's now cool to say Ledger's Joker isn't the best? lol Jack's Joker is more true to the comics. However, it's basically Jack playing Jack with makeup. Heath's Joker is the best Joker, hands down. Character and acting wise. It blows every Joker out of the water. How can Hamill's Joker be the best when it's voice acting? It's a lot easier to stand in a booth and just focus on the vocal aspects of a character than the physical movements and visual portrayal. Ledger wins.
Jul 19, 2015 Lol. What? You're saying that embodying a character just through voice is easier than embodying a character through voice and physicality? You do understand that voice actors are handicapped right? They have to make sure they get their characters completely across JUST with their voice. That's not easier. It's harder. Especially when you have to sync up with the animation and make sure your voice fits the animated movements. Making sure you emphasize the right words with the gestures of the animated character. It's even harder with video games because you don't have any visuals to fall back on since they're usually still in development. Live action is much more freeing, creative, and by most standards, easier to deal with.
