If you're looking for games that are already out, I recommend: Resogun (if you're into arcade games), Shovel knight (if you're into 2D platformers), Dragon Age, The Witcher 3, Arkham Knight, Helldivers, Infamous, GTA V.

If you're okay with waiting then you could get Battlefront, Rainbow six siege, Uncharted 4, Fallout 4, Hitman, Deus Ex Mankind Divided, Street fighter V, The Division, Dark Souls 3, and my most anticipated Metal Gear Solid V.
You really cannot go wrong with any of these games

you can go wrong with all of those ports. I'l buy it whenever Uncharted 4 or Fallout 4 or MGSV come out whichever comes out first otherwise the ports and lazy a--- developers who make them can s--- my clit

Well, to some extent you're actually right in saying that but some ports are actually reaalllyy good and these are the cream of the crop, and not buying until a game that actually gets you excited is always smart, I've regretted buying consoles waaayyy to early at times

FFX/FFX-2 HD if you liked those games originally

Hopefully you have PS+ and can get the free games each month. There's typically at least 1 game per month that's good for a 10-hour playthrough.

You think the gta v and last of us "ports" were bad? They basically rebuilt the games from the bottom and drastically enhanced them visually and in performance
