Jul 27, 2015 Well Relapse is f---ing dope and it s----s on Recovery and Encore, its also better than MMLP2.
Jul 27, 2015 Recovery is better than MMLP2 in every way. Flows, delivery, features, production, and most importantly, content. He addressed a TON of issues on Recovery. From his hiatus to his drug use, divorce from Kim, Proof's death, his own falling off, both personally and musically, his view on the current state of hip-hop, and so on. The only thing he addressed on MMLP2 was an apology to his mother on Headlights and the song fell flat. The best song on MMLP2 wouldn't even be in the Top 5 on Recovery. Those god awful collaborations with Rick Rubin (Rhyme Or Reason and So Far) were some of the worst material he's ever recorded.
Jul 27, 2015 22 votes for MMLP 2? More votes for MMLP 2 than Recovery? Relapse in the same sentence and tier as Encore? I'm guessing it's gonna take me a while to fit in here.
Jul 27, 2015 You lost me there man. You can't actually say the delivery was batter. The delivery on Recovery was worse in his career imo. Musically and lyrically MMLP2 is on another level. Better content? When the delivery is bad you can't enjoy the content,at least I can't. Features? Who,Wayne,Rihanna and Kobe? Don't even make me go there... Recovery is full of corny lines, screaming and just less quality hip hop songs.
Jul 27, 2015 But u have to admit that the Flow on Recovery was really really good PS: Heres Josh from ****
Jul 27, 2015 Yeah I like Encore too but Relapse is much more enjoyable for me, especially when it comes to flow, hooks, rhyming, etc. Production is Godly on both though Nah I'm a different Josh lol, everyone gets us muddled up on there as well
Jul 27, 2015 bruh thats ur chance, the username "Josh " is free :D (i guess) I prefer to stick to my middle name
Jul 27, 2015 mmlp2 was really dope imo, im genuinely surprised by the consenus but uk what its unique, i like it
Jul 27, 2015 Agreed. I actually think MMLP 2 may just be his #2 best album, just behind TES. The songs that were good were really great and showed off his skills (Bad Guy, Rap God, Headlights, Don't Front) as much as any other Eminem album.
