    Even 16 years old girls now that Em is way more popular than Drake, even now. When there was the rumored beef between Drake and Em, nobody was supporting Drake. Plus, Em was trending on Twitter when it happened, not Drake.

    Eminem wasn't popular on the radio cause of his content, hence his poppy first singles. Streams count towards sales, that combined with Drake's "safe" content for radio makes him way more accessible and popular on the radio. It's not really that great of an argument. Drake probably does have more Hot 100 hits, and that's cause fans are more in control than ever before.

    It's the only thing Drake has on Eminem in terms of popularity. He was more popular all over the world (literally worldwide) whereas Drake has the US, Canada, UK and other parts of Europe.

    I haven't cared for Eminem in years but you can't take that away from him.

    You can make a fair comparison with his next project, where I believe it'll be the first time for Eminem where streams/plays count towards his sales

    That's a tough one.... I'd argue that Drake right now is the biggest rapper since early 2000's Em. I'd probably go with Em simply because his fan base/support in Europe was/is still soooooo large. Drake is putting together a big fan base in europe as well (especially the U.K.) but nothing like I've seen from Em.

    Not even close. Eminem is the most popular (namely worldwide) rapper we have or probably ever will see. Drake isn't the polarizing figure em was, from my recollection of the early 2000s Eminem was on an entirely different level and played a huge hand in getting the genre where it is today in terms of it's casual fan base
