Doesn't know enough about what they are talking about to have a real discussion so they just post a dumbass meme to try to prove their point. Real mature.

Nope. I support their cause. Raising awareness of institutional racism. Unifying and telling Trump that despite giving racists a voice that they shouldn't have, "we gon' be alright." That's what I support. Oh and no one took away Trump's free speech, I went over this already. It was Trump's decision to shut down the event. Also, nothing is stopping trump from holding a national press conference and saying what he needs to say. No one is silencing him. Just stop.

continuing to repeat this isn't going to make it true lol. If trump doesn't want protestors at his rallies, maybe he should stop being a racist xenophobic a------. There's a reason violence like this doesn't happen at Ted Cruz rallies. You have a brain, connect the dots.

no I wouldn't lol. if they were protesting for a legitimate cause, I'd be fine with it. I can't imagine what social cause a bunch of white conservatives could be protesting for though. BLM has protested and interrupted numerous Clinton and Sanders rallies. i had no issue with it.

oh, boo hoo. I'm sorry that African-Americans being systematically murdered and incarcerated isn't an important enough issue for you.

You got that right. Trump got that racist vote on lock.

I mean, conservatives don't exactly have the best track record when it comes to outsiders or equality. I'm not going to say all because they're some sensible conservatives out there who I respect. They're hard to come by these days though.

    Im happy too. And nope.

Yeah so? Your right to freedom of speech doesn't shield you from criticism.

Oh and who canceled it again?

I don't need to have a discussion on anything to do with the GOP. Their idiocy speaks for itself. [IMG]

What point do I have to even attempt to prove? You're doing it yourself. Your g.d. right I'm liberal. I believe gays can get married, smoking weed is cool. Global warming exists, Pro choice is the right choice, and to keep religion out of anything to do with the government. I'm more sophisticated on this then you think, but who are you to think? Your following the politicians who have turned the whole Republican party into a freak show.

The Bill of Rights is to protect Citizens against the government... not to shutdown one particular freedom of speech over another.

That's why anti-Westborough Church protesters can launch and anti-protest and stop the Westborough people from ruining a funeral.

It would be anti-Free Speech if the Goverment shut Trump down.

People infringing on my rights would be the same thing as the government.. At least in my opinion

Obviously you can't take legal action but these protesters used free speech to block free speech..

I could care less if they protested and the rally went on as planned, but the rally was canceled because of the threat of violence.

    That's not right..

I would say the same if trump supporters went to a Bernie rally and did this

Let the candidates fight it out not the supporters

    No?

If he didn't cancel the rally the voilence would have been doubled.. They forced him and law enforcement to take that action.

    What else is there?

If he didn't cancel it he would be accused of inciting riots or some bs like that

If someone was infringing your first amendment right that would mean they were breaking the law. Saying that the protestors are "infringing trump's freedom of speech" but he can't take legal action is a juxtaposition. Doesn't make sense.

Donald Trump has already came dangerously close to inciting a riot.

He's already said "I'd like to punch that guy" and "don't rough him up, but if you do I'll pay for your legal bills!" From the podium while protesters were being escorted out.

This lead to a black protester being assaulted by a white rally goer in North Carolina... the assaulted black protester was put in handcuffs... the white rally goer was allowed to sit back down and stay for the rest of the rally and gave an interview where he said "next time we see him, we might have to k--- him."

You can use your freedom of speech to block someone else's freedom of speech... it isn't inherently against the law to scream over someone when they are talking.

It's illegal to shout "Fire!" In a crowded theater... when there isn't any.

Michael Brown's dad was arrested and charged with inciting a riot for shouting "let's burn this b---- down!" in Ferguson.

Trump hasn't been charged for inciting a riot, yet... his actions on his microphone at the podium have been borderline.

But like you... Trump doesn't adhere to the Constitution. He has made a promise to remove the Freedom of the Press from the First Amendment if elected... so, I don't know if you or him should even really bring up the First Amendment.

The funny thing about all of this is that this guy calls Obama the Great Divider and is advocating for himself as the guy that will bring unity to this country when he can't even have a rally in Chicago because of all the people that are disgusted by his antics and views.

Guy is a delusional joke. Even if he doesn't win the presidential nomination he's already done enough damage. He's going to eviscerate the Republican party. It will take them a while to recover from this whole debacle.

This is why Ted Cruz has said that Trump supporters are low information voters.

disrupting a rally and preventing somebody from preaching their word certainly seems like a violation of free speech
