I just saw this, wtf do you mean by "um no"? That IS what egalitarianism is, that's not something you can argue. It was quoted right here to your face (which you conveniently ignored).

I swear, this is about as 'typical feminist' as it can possibly get. Ignore facts, disregard contradicting arguments, resort to logical fallacy, vomit the definition, whine that people disagree with you, call people names, then run away because you aren't actually capable of defending your movement. Why are first-world feminists such whiney, irrational brats? Why is it that 99% of feminists are completely incapable of even attempting a logical argument to defend their stance (ie. no logical fallacy, no name-calling, no "duh but da definition", no deliberate misrepresentations, etc.)? Why do feminists run with their tails between their legs when confronted with differing opinions (as Cyreides has just done)?

Why are feminists confused as to why so few people like or support them, when this is how they behave? The lack of self-awareness is astounding.

Actual feminism - first wave, second wave and the beginning of third wave, yeah. But thanks to technology these new age third wave feminist seem to base the movement on feelings rather than facts. shi--ing all over the hard work and making a joke of what was once a good cause.
Nowadays third waves views seem to generally be anti-men and pro- females are the victims of everything. Thanks to the internet it's the wave where those with the loudest and usually most stupid views are heard and become what the outside world views every feminist to be like.

I wish they would call it fourth wave, or even Tumbler Wave, as those arm chair feminists have been the ones to f--- the general populations views of feminism.

Because "feminism" is about equality, as a male to be in support of the feminism movement is to be in support of equality between sexes.

If feminists weren't trying to be a direct threat to people's rights, nobody would give a s---.

How many (PROVEN) false r--- accusations must feminists push for convictions in before we accept that they don't care about false convictions against innocent men (UVA, Emma Sulkowitz, 2 of the BIGGEST r--- stories of 2015, both proven to be total lies, both mass-supported and labeled as "victims denied justice" by feminists anyway)?

How much censorship must they try and impose before we realize they're fighting against people's rights in an attempt to coddle people's feelings? I mean, it was FEMINISTS who went whining to the UN, demanding enforcement against people who leave such "harassing" remarks online as... "You're a liar"... Literally the example that was given. It's feminists who feel those who disagree with them should be banned from social media, even ARRESTED (which there was a popular case out of Canada of a man arrested, for disagreeing with feminists).

These are just a few (quite notable) examples, from the last one-year period alone. This isn't even all of it, from that one year alone. Each of these examples were supported by feminists by the MILLIONS, so you cannot claim "minority opinion not real feminism".

Your movement is a worthless joke that wants to infringe on people's rights. Feminists actions back this up without a doubt.

I think in the western world it wouldnt be too much of a loss if it died out. We have it pretty good, we are treated relatively equally, yes there are some things that being female may cause us a disadvantage but there are also many advantages big and small to it ie. drafting, ladies nights. With the way feminism is going, yes, there probably are more movements out there that deserve more support over them.

i don't think it should even be considered a different wave of feminism because actual feminism still exists, this is like another thing entirely. it's separate in it's motivation and goals and underlying meaning from what true feminism is about (which is equality for women in what is often considered a mans world). tumblr bs doesn't change the the true core of it, those people aren't real feminists anymore than radical extremists are of any other group, they do not represent the rest of it, and they don't change the core of what it's about unless all of it also starts to change. All these people are are a vocal minority that people are using to discredit the entire movement, that still has progress to make.

that's why i don't call them feminists, they're not. by literally definition they aren't, and it shouldn't be seen as diluting the actual cause of feminism and changing it because they aren't actually a real part of it at all. they're working for something else, and they should not be called the same thing at all

This is why feminism is dying so swiftly, because most (no, not "some") feminists are so bad at rational thinking that they'd rather plug their ears and scream when put in a position of having to defend their movement, something not a single one of y'all are capable of doing without resorting to what I've already listed, and you've already done all of, rendering your argument almost completely invalid.
